Pilgrimage to Covadonga. Part 3 covadonga

Day 3. May 21, 2009. Call of Parres - Covadonga.

Start the morning with fog instead of going out at 9 we went 10. Strong breakfast and started the route with a final visit to Rosa, the woman who taught us Paco home.

We decline to reach the mud a few miles where there was a workers working. In Romillo stop us in the way a dog with a bad pint, as we planned how to spend enough time left us. Paula White was giving Filipinos as it passed him and as we liked to pass without problems.

And then we Romiyo, and found his way to Cangas as we climbed a hill an erase went crazy and started screaming as we descojonabamos Paco appeared again with the taxi. We continued walking and we are surprised to find so close to the Parador de Cangas de Onis, she was about, and it was easy as we walked several miles along a path of cholesterol that reaches the center of Cangas de Onis. We took some pictures in the Roman bridge just after Paula scold a peasant for carrying a large backpack.

After the photos look a pub to cool off a bit and then continue by road to Covadonga. Covadonga began approaching a sidewalk, asked a very butch Mrs workers who went with us and said there were still 5 or 6 restaurants before arriving and it was approaching lunchtime. Just after finding out that the Palm, that Paula wanted to eat was closed for death we walked and ate at the restaurant of the flags placed.

then run again, as it was already low. We hurried a bit because Paula came up with the idea that perhaps Sanctuary closed at 5 and that the last bus was at 17:15. Paula started to rush and call to Bethlehem for the SRT and said that at 8, but we at the same rate, as the thrilled us close the shrine.

finally arrived, we were very happy, very excited, and drank from the source of the 7 channels. Then I threw some coins into the pond while Paula photos to a couple and then started climbing together, while the stairs to Cave. The virgin and we kissed a little rest while the priest was saying the rosary as the audio or tombolero alsas. We could not do our photo with the poster for last stage because there were many people and it was forbidden then we throw in a proa out there, we sat in a corner and we did it.

then began to rain harder while searching the place of offerings to make our CV What are we left there (in the museum) and started to look way down, we had to call a taxi, because the last bus and had started, but we take nose and asked hikers to Santander if they cared to get off to Cangas. Immediately accepted and welcomed us enthusiastically and we asking all delighted. And do not forget a lesson for education: "When someone gets sick the rest of the group waiting for him with patience." One lady had a bad start and the ambulance had to come through and another wounded.

in Cangas coleguillas we say goodbye to our asylum and went shopping for gifts here and there, a change of beach by Sandra and then to find Victor, former partner of PET to make it a little the ball and help us find jobs. Very nice and then we attended the Alsa, and here we are relaxed back to Gijón. The We both agree that we had a great, despite my blisters and the tick that carries pa Paula Gijon.
